The Beatles: Rock Band Pre-Order Club goes live

EA has announced that The Beatles: Rock Band Pre-Order Club has gone live today, offering breaking news and exclusive “behind the scenes elements” to customers who pre-order the game.

The imaginatively titled Pre-Order Club is open to North American and European gamers who pre-order the title from participating retailers, which includes GameStop and Amazon. After pre-ordering the game, customers will be given an access code to officially join the Pre-Order Club and access the goodies. Or you could just wait until the content inevitably spreads all over the internet. Up to you.

As well as announcing the Pre-Order Club, EA also revealed that replica Rickenbacker 325 and Gretsch Duo Jet guitars will be available to purchase as standalone accessories when the game releases in September. But make sure you start saving your pennies now; each guitar will set you back a tasty/extortionate £89.99.

The Beatles: Rock Band launches worldwide on Xbox 360, PlayStation 3 and Wii on 9th September and, given the subject matter, it’ll probably be one of the best games you’ll play all year.
