The Orange Box drops to a fiver on Steam

This, quite frankly, is the deal of the century. Steam has dropped the price of The Orange Box to a measly £5.66 as this weekend’s deal on the digital distribution platform.

The Orange Box was considered a bargain when it first released back in 2007, let alone at this price. The package contains five classic games: Half-Life 2, Half-Life 2: Episode One, Half-Life 2: Episode Two, Team Fortress 2 and Portal.

You don’t need us to tell you how great Half-Life 2 is, or indeed, the phenomenal puzzler Portal, but if you want us to, our review of The Orange Box is featured in Issue 3. Hint: It scored top marks.

Do yourselves a favour. Buy it.
