BioShock 2 has lost its ‘Sea of Dreams’ subtitle, 2K Games Community Manager Elizabeth Tobey has reportedly confirmed.

The original teaser trailer for BioShock 2 released last October concluded bearing the name ‘BioShock 2: Sea of Dreams’, but it appears that the sequel to 2007’s underwater adventure will now simply be known as BioShock 2.

“You won’t be seeing ‘Sea of Dreams’ moving forward, just ‘BioShock 2.’” said Tobey to Primotech. We don’t know why.

BioShock 2 is due for release at the end of the year.
