Wallace & Gromit’s Grand Adventures dated & demoed
Telltale Games and Aardman Animations have announced that the first episode of Wallace & Gromit’s Grand Adventures, “Fright of the Bumblebees”, will be launching on PC next Tuesday, March 24th.
The new comedy game series based on the colourful claymation duo will be available via digital distribution from Telltalegames.com, with a new episode in the four part series arriving each month.
In a special pre-order offer, customers can get the full, four episode series on PC for just $26 (~£18) – a 25% discount off the regular $34.95 (~£25) price. Those who pre-order will also receive two free bonus episodes, one from Telltale’s acclaimed second season of Sam & Max and one from Strong Bad’s Cool Game for Attractive People.
If you want to try before you buy, head over to Yahoo and download the demo. But remember, it’s from the same guys that did Sam & Max; it’s bound to be worth your money.
An Xbox Live Arcade version of Wallace & Gromit’s Grand Adventures will follow “soon after” the PC release.
Look out for our review of Fright of the Bumblebees early next week.
