Treyarch’s Community Manager Josh Olin has revealed that new info on Call of Duty: World at War’s upcoming DLC is “so close”.

Speaking on his Twitter, Olin said, “new DLC map pack info is so close… take my word for it =) – but not quite yet.”

The tease came after many of you spent all night checking Xbox Live Marketplace for updates, certain that the March ‘09 release date meant that the maps were coming yesterday. ‘Fraid not.

Call of Duty: World at War Map Pack 1 is set to contain three new multiplayer maps, as well as one extra map for use in the Nazi-Zombies mini-game.

A specific date and price for the pack, which is due to be released on Xbox 360, PlayStation 3 and PC this month, is yet to be announced.
