EA brings Dead Space forward

EA has announced that sci-fi survival horror title Dead Space will be releasing on Xbox 360 and PS3 on October 24th, a week earlier than originally planned. The title will still be releasing on October 31st on PC.

In an industry filled with delays and last minute setbacks, the move forward comes as a welcome surprise. EA commented that the decision to bring the release forward was due to completing the game early and having already spent months polishing it.

Dead Space’s Executive Producer Glen Schofield previously stated that he wanted people to “walk away and think it was the scariest videogame they’d ever played.” And after looking at the game back in issue 8, we think that will definitely be the case.
