Pro Evolution Soccer 2009 creator Shingo ‘Seabass’ Takatsuka has stated that the number of changes made to PES 2009 is not important if one big one is enough.

Speaking in a 10 minute video interview the legendary developer said:

“The number [of changes] is not important. I believe one important improvement beats hundreds of tiny improvements that no one will notice.”

In the video Seabass also talks about PES 2009’s four player online Legends mode and improved off ball runs where players raise their hand. Will anyone notice that Seabass?
