PS3 blog PS3 Attitude has announced that it is to become 100% philanthropic.

According to the site “Every single penny, pound, cent, euro and dollar we make from advertising, affiliate revenue, game purchases, merchandise, special events or any other income derived from the site will be put into the Charity Fund for distribution to one or more charities each year.”

When we asked DolphGB, owner and founder of PS3 Attitude, what had led him to turn the website into a charitable venture he stated:

“”Gaming has been a big part of my life for many years – over 30 of them in fact. I am fortunate enough to be able to cover the expenses for the site through my own private funding and I wanted to start doing more to help local and national charities. Combining the popularity of PS3 Attitude with my need to give back something to the community was too good an opportunity to miss.”
