Double Fine founder Tim Schafer has reported that production on Brutal Legend is still going ahead after yesterday’s report that Activision Blizzard will not be publishing the title.

Posting on Double Fine’s blog, Shafer commented “People have been haranguing me for more information. Brutal Legend is fine.”

Brutal Legend is one of the many Sierra titles put “out to tender” and will not be published by Activision Blizzard.
