Rock Band

With so many great tunes packed into Rock Band, deciding on a theme song must have been a tough task. The TV ads went with Bowie’s ‘Suffragette City’ while the opening cinematic belts out Deep Purple’s ‘Highway Star’. Great tunes, we’re sure you’ll agree; ones that sum up the game’s rocking ethos. However, we Europeans would like to suggest a couple of others – playground favourite ‘Why Are We Waiting?’ for example, or perhaps ABBA’s ‘Money, Money, Money’. Alas, they’re not even on the setlist. But given that we’ve had to wait six months for Rock Band to cross over the Atlantic in exchange for a price-tag that is effectively double what our American cousins are paying, then we think they’re rather appropriate…
