Ryu Hayabusa stands poised and waiting. Feet planted into the tarmac of a storm-ravaged New York, his posture betraying little concern at the snarling horde of demons rushing his position. With a flash of steel his sword is drawn and he begins to run. Leaping at the nearest fiend with blistering speed he severs its leg, blood spurting from the wound. Then, Ryu is a blur, cutting through the swathe with merciless grace. Limbs scatter and gore spatters the ground, more demons appear but are caught in Ryu’s deadly maelstrom before they even have the chance to attack. The battle won, Ryu sweeps the blood from his blade with a final flourish. And then, he’s on the move once again…
